Room is cozy and very well equipped: kitchen, big double bad, sofa, shelf, LCD TV etc. Everything is new and works perfectly. Location is well too: Spar, banks, ski rents are near the apartment. 100m to the bus-stop and 300m to the lift. Family Schmidl (we met with Frau Schmidl and her daughter) is helpful and nice people. So, this apartment is one of the best I've ever seen (comparing with others in Austria, Italy and France).
