The food was amazing and genuine authentic hospitality with all local produce. I can not say enough about this place. The outdoor BBQ on Friday night provided some of the best food I have eaten. And most off the food was off the family farm. If it was not off the farm then it was local.

A truely amazing place to stay

We spent an incredibly beautiful week in the tree house. It's rare that in accommodations such a match of advertising photos with reality has been found. There's no prospectus lying here, everything is as described; partly even more beautiful. The tree house is stunning with sophisticated architecture, purist with clear lines inside, no snake snack. The house has everything you want, and if anything is missing, the hosts are immediately there to help. The large window fronts across three levels offer incredible views directly from Kitzhorn to Smithstone Avenue. The southwest offers a traditional sunflower garden from early morning until late afternoon. All the windows have an unobstructed view. The design of the Singapore has been in motion for a week, but we have seen the perfectly fine view of the city from the southern side of the city. The view of the city is so beautiful, and the view of the city from the southern side of the city is so spectacular.

Restoration at the highest level.

Everything was perfect. The landscape was wonderful and even better hosts. There is also much to discover in the surrounding area (Cell by the lake, Kaprun). Many hiking trails or a stopover to Salzburg. Anytime we like to come back.

Nature and Relaxation

Unique, original, with sustainable architecture (excellent) in a familiar atmosphere. Top-notch service that satisfies every individual's wish. The food comes mostly from our own farming. Mega view. Whoever wants to have it as beautiful as we do has to go back there every year.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in the tree house, a dreamlike view, reduced architecture, friendly hosts, and a perfect breakfast in the rusty room of the farmhouse.

It's relaxing, it's beautiful, it's natural.

This is the second time we have been invited by the Unterberger family - thank you very much for the great stay in the air. It doesn't matter if the weather is good or bad at your yard. You make every effort to offer your guests a carefree package. The food is wonderful, regional and delicious. The view from the yard is difficult to overcome. We look forward to the next time. Many greetings from New Town and a merry Christmas time at your yard.

Dreamy days

I always liked it, whether we were there as a couple or now with two small children. Everyone was welcomed and welcomed warmly and family-friendly. The apartments are stylishly modern to traditional and very comfortable. Some apartments have their own sauna where you can relax really nicely. But the highlight is always the sensational dining. All in all, it's just nice there.

Relaxing days

We've been here for the first time and we're thrilled. Everything is right and it's almost perfect. Super breakfast with regional and homemade products, including several types of bread/breads, fresh cakes, various jams, pastries, sausages, cheese... and the tub with sliced sauce is just fantastic. On the days when you can book dinner, you should do it too. Super delicious three-course menu with hammered side dishes. On the other days, you ordered different, already prepared delicacies.

Pure relaxation

We spent a week in the heustodl suite - all shaped and powerful. Wonderful ambience for architectural lovers or even for individual demands. With or without a rich breakfast buffet in the main house. With or without dinner in the main house... the tax court is upstairs, in good weather the view is excellent and the service is lovely.
