We found a place that easily accommodated my husband and I (in our sixties) plus our son's family including one seven-year-old and two three-year-olds. We had a lovely room right next to the breakfast room and they had a suite with kitchen and dining area one floor down. Breakfast was very good, wonderful service from our hosts, including for the littlest ones, who were very happy with Nutella and hot chocolate. Rooms were spotless and attractive. We were able to walk a few blocks to catch a bus into the center of Salzburg for a few Euros and also drove to nearby attractions, including the Salzburg zoo, which we all loved. Several good restaurants within a couple blocks walking plus a big playground area. We would love to return again!
