Away from busy traffic and loud noises, this gorgeous, small bio-hotel is worth a trip in itself, just to enjoy the natural products that are served by the proprietor Franziska Treiber. Freshly made apple/carrot juice every morning, along with homemade breads, jams, mueslis and fabulous coffee. Handpicked tea leaves are also available along with many other kinds of teas to choose from - freely available all day long; also homemade juices can be tasted at any time of the day. Evening meals are carefully planned by the owner who is there for her guests to answer any questions one might have regarding hotel food or tourist attractions. The hotel is really a bigger B&B with personalised service. We were picked up at the train station and taken to the hotel for a very small charge. In the basement one can enjoy steam sauna, regular sauna and wellness area - wonderfully quiet and relaxing! The rooms are adequate in size and wonderfully decorated; every details is considered from the point of view of the guest. This was easily one of our more memorable and pleasant stays in a hotel in a long time - it comes with the highest recommendations!
