Seecamping Berghof

Had had booked a few days in advance with our camper van, but ended up extending our stay, because we enjoyed it so much. We had a great lake pitch just a few meters from the lake shore. The water temperature was +24 degrees, and with water trampolines, water slides and a small sandy beach, you can easily spend hours of fun at the lake. The campsite has brand new toliet- and bath-facilities and great playgrounds for the kids, including a new indoor playground for the rainy days. Even though it was high season, it didn't feel crowded at all, and it had a perfect mix of fun for the kids and calm surroundings for the parents. There's a great Spar supermarket with a reasonable selection of groceries, though it's opening hours are a bit limited (closing at 2 pm. every day). There's also a typical Austrian restaurant with great food og service. We couldn't get a good WiFi-signal, but mobile coverage is fine in the area. Tip: There's a boatservice on the lake with 8-10 different stops. It docks right at the campsite with a private gangway. You can jump on/off the boat and explore the area. From the stop Annanheim you can take a cable car to the top of Gerlitzen Alp, where you can hike, enjoy the view or spend time at "Kinderland" with bungee trampolines, downhill tubing, electric mini-cars and much more.
