We booked two rooms with this hotel since four of us travelling together. Upon checked in the reception personnel told us bottle of water inside room is free. We do not find the water in both rooms told her and she placed it in both rooms. Did not had breakfast here but after breakfast time if you come back early in the evening you can have free tea, coffee or hot chocolate. The only issue with our room is shower only have half size door so the floor is wet after shower. Since the train station is also a shopping mall so you can buy everything you need. Arrived at late evening we walked around from train station and had our first Vienna hot dog.

I booked and stayed from December 9 to 11, 2016, hotel in a good location, but the structure is in urgent need of a healthy renovation, the floor carpet in the hallways and in the stables was very dirty, full of stains.

Four stars, maybe once.

Well, we were in August.A pleasant breakfast, no ventilation, free parking, good internet prices, fast train connections to anywhere in the city, in general good.

 Holidays

We were in this hotel for 4 nights over New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve. The first impression at the reception is still quite nice. The lobby with piano, various musical instruments on the walls and a noisy oven is also quite nice. If you take a look in the basement, then at the breakfast room, you'll be silenced. This room is sad and uncomfortable. This goes on when you simply purchase the rooms. Instead of our two double rooms that perfectly complete a bed with a hole in the head. We've got the brilliant floor.

This sophisticated hotel has seen better times.

It's a simple hotel. Breakfast is good and the service is ok. There are bars and restaurants near the hotel. We had a pleasant time in the hotel.

Bonus: its in the opposite side of the street to the Westbahnhof. So you can take an U-Bahn to the main sightseens.
