The service we received from the owner Sil and her daughter was outstanding.The apartment is very near an underground station and we were given excellent direction advice from the airport. to the door. On arrival Sil's daughter met us and spent at least half an hour checking out our itinerary and giving us useful suggestions. She recommended the Sweizerhaus restaurant at the Prater and a trip to Grinling both brilliant venues. The apartment is spacious and modern with everything you need for a self catering stay. There is a good sized bath and a shower cubicle plus 2 toilets and sinks. The water pressure was great and the water in Vienna is sweet and good to drink.The beds are extremely comfortable.There is a good TV set up but we were too busy to use it. Also the free wifi was very useful. We can't praise this apartment enough it made our holiday a delight and of course Vienna is a beautiful city with friendly,helpful citizens at every turn.We recommend it most highly. We bought a 72 hour travel pass and accessed everywhere easily by tube and tram.
