Having been to many hotels, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.  Just worse !!  I stayed 7 nights, did not clean the room at all !!  The bed was not straight - just a curve.  The pillows I spent were usable - thickness like paper.  We asked for another pillow and responded negatively.  wifi - most of the time there was no communication

Worst hotel - don't book

We stopped for the night in this hotel in our travels this winter. It is dated and needs to be redecorated however if you look on the bright side and value for money...the building has some nice features, rooms are big with high ceiling, the lift shaft is tiny but pretty. The price we paid for a suite for 4 people with breakfast included was very very good £60!! The bed was comfortable, clean, shower and toilet were pleasant. A few blocks down there was a small restaurant where they do lovely pizza..our needs were met! On our way back we looked to book it again for another night stop but it was fully booked.

We arrived in Vienna and we were dropped by taxi outside this hotel. The man on the Reception desk was friendly and very helpful. We checked in and thankfully only had to go up to the first floor but we were shocked, the lift is so small but everything looked so old and drab! We opened the door to the room, we thought it was self catering but there is no way we could have even boiled an egg. The few dishes and bowls did not match, there was only 1 glass, 2 cups but no saucers. No kitchen towel, no washing up liquid. We decided to just leave our luggage and go into the city being late in the afternoon but thought we would use the toilet first. Neither of us could face using the toilet, it was filthy. The shower room was so tiny and you had to post yourself into the shower but goodness knows when last they washed down the shower walls. The door had toothpaste and other smudges on it, just needed a good wipe with a clean cloth. The floor of the room is wooden with no carpets, but had obviously not been swept! The curtains don't close properly. We went out and bought some supplies to clean the toilet and kitchen. Using some toilet cleaner alone made such a difference to the toilet that we were worried that Management might get annoyed but no one commented for the next 4 days. The staff were so lovely and the breakfast was nice but as we were out so much and just needed a place to sleep we did not bother checking out and finding somewhere else. The bed linen was clean, the couch was covered with a duvet cover but it was so dusty. This hotel could do with an upgrade. Just a fresh coat of paint, a thorough clean, some carpets and new curtains should do the trick. Given the price they charge this hotel is not cheap but they were full the entire time so maybe we just had a bad room!

Very dissapointing

This place needs some maintenance. The sink was cracked, there were tiles cracked, the cupboards were broken and falling apart. The had a kitchenette yet not frypan or saucepan at all, very disappointing. The shower did not drain. The breakfast was alright but there was flies everywhere and the hot for cereal was always hot even when I went as soon as it opened. To make things worse the WiFi didn’t work in our room or breakfast room so to book transport we had to sit in the hallway. Terrible.

Go somewhere else

I have just left this hotel..Although the room suite was large...it was still old dirty, smelly toilet and unkept... Vienna is a city where you really need to pay 100 euros per night minimum..unlike Munich or Germany where hotels are generally "clean" regardless or price.

I should have read TripAdvisor before booking..!!!!

The hotel looks poor and dirty. The beds are awful. I couldn’t sleep all night because they cripple. It was very cold. And in the morning I could hear noises from the kitchen hotel and it woke me up. The room is 78 € and if you need to park your car you’ll have to pay 24 € extra. So for this money you can stay in a nice hotel, for example ibis. They don’t charge for the parking lot.

Awful! Very bad!!!

Does not look like a hotel. The rooms are very basic and old fashioned. More like a youth hostel. Furniture very old and outdated. Not comfortable. Services very poor. Good for cheap quick accommodation only.

ATTENTION!!!!! Simply the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!! Save yourself the displeasure of staying in this cesspit. 
Where do i start...We booked for 3 nights we arrived and received the key at the reception (the hotel already looked dirty), we went to our room and upon open the door unveiled an absolute atrocity!! Firstly the "kitchenette was filthy! there was broken glass in the cupboards..nothing was clean, the cups were chipped and stained so bad you wouldn't want to drink from them and the fridge was mouldy! The kettle had been used to boil instant noodles and there was remnants of noodles there. I knew at this point that the room had not been cleaned. The floors where covered in hair and dirt! Looked like 10 years or more since they were mopped! there was pubic hair on the bed....there were no towels or toiletries. The bathroom stank of uncleanliness and the toilet was....awful. There were huge balls of hair, dirt and fluff under the bed. We wanted to leave straight away and asked for a refund from the staff member at reception and he told us only the manager could do a refund and told us she'd be there in the morning and that there was nothing he could do and offered us another room that was slightly better but still hadn't been cleaned the fridge in this room was also mouldy, under the bed was a disgrace, the bathroom left much to be desired and there was no kitchenette like we'd paid for but we stayed there very reluctantly to try and get a refund in the morning from the manager for the days not stayed but the manager was nowhere to be seen and conveniently couldn't be contacted even by booking.com. A word of warning!!!! do not book here!!! the staff are rude and obnoxious and the pig sty's they call rooms aren't fit for animals to sleep in. Don't waste your time in Vienna by making this huge mistake. Book a better hotel for the same price....This dump doesn't even meet hostel standards. P.S The photos aren't accurate and it is nowhere near the centre.  

Absolutely Nothing. Best thing was leaving the hotel.
