There is no 24/7 reception in the hotel. The reception working hours are Monday – Thursday 7 a.m. – 8 p.m., Friday 7 a.m. - 1 p.m., Saturday, Sunday & holidays 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. In case the guests arrive outside the working hours, they should contact the agency in advance and request the key safe. The main entrance of the hotel is at Mautner Markhof-Gasse, No. 72. The safe is fixed there. Enter your six-digit code, and the key will drop out automatically. The key works for the entrance door and your room.
