The check-in, location, and thoughtful touches like coffee and shampoo were lovely! Comfortable unit, really easy to access. I would stay here again.

Everything perfect, location, cleanliness staff and support amenities everything perfect. Good communication , the house was well equipped, they let us leave out luggage in the room even when we arrived early . Very close to the center and the place was in a very safe neighborhood

For us we really liked this place. It's down as budget which is probably true for Vienna however when in Vienna how much time do you spend in the room? It's better than a hotel and has fridge, cooking facilities if you want, usual cooking stuff, hob and microwave. We thought the location was quite good about 10 mins from the Centre and maybe 15 mins to Leopoldplatz and Prater. The location was important for us. It was clean and tidy, when we arrived anyway!  This would suit couples or maybe couples with a small child or baby. A big plus was the great communication from the flat managers before the stay for advice how to get the key and entry. No problems. I would definatelly recommend this place as a good alternative to a hotel if you like something more charming than a big Ramada, Best Western, Holiday Inn or similar New type hotel. 

The apartment was was nice and clean. The chairs had a lot of wear, but that didnt bother ud too much.
The bathroom in our apartment was huge. 
The apartment godt very hot due to the large windows, but there was a fan that made it fine, combined with open window. 

Well equipped, located and clean apartment within walking distance of many excellent attractions.  Quiet at night and with free parking opposite at weekends.  Easy to access, nicely furnished and lovely clean sheets and towels.

For a low price a large clean apartment in the centre of Vienna.  Towels, soap and toilet paper supplied. Most sightseeing within walking distance. Watch out, no parking space at apartment. Just for unload. Find a P+R garage for cheap parking and use public transport to return. 

The apartment was nice and clean. It was quite basic but that is exactly what I was expecting, so no complaints from me. It was closer to the centre than I thought it would be and was easy to get to from the airport, with a bus and a short walk.

Great room even though it is small it fits 4 people perfectly. Great stay and its location is close to many things either by walking, transport or bike or scooter. It does not have an A/C but they do provide a fan and the windows offer good circulation of air.

Apartment was great, it was in top floor, in attic. Rooms were comfortable, warm and neat. View on street from balcony is very nice. We were with car and, as apartment is located in center of town, sightseeing was easy.

Basic clean small self contained apartment. perfect for business travel. near river and lots of local pubs and restaurants.

Loved it. Great location. Good price

Location was great! About 10 min from downtown. Not clean: dusty floors and all shelves; moldy bathroom. Bedsheets where clean. Some stuff were broken and response from Property manager took around 12 hours. We asked about extended check out - never got answer for that. If you are ok to have close location to downtown and sleep in dirty room it’s ur ur perfect choice!

Nice area, short walk to city center. Compact European Apartment. Flexible staff. Bedding and Pillows European style, but a fan was available as no thermostat visible. More directions on welcome introduction for non-European travelers on trash sorting rules, dumpster locations, etc. would be helpful.

Nice Area, very European Appartment

We stayed at the apartments at Grosse Schiffgasse. It is a very central location with many tourist spots walking distance and rest are very well connected by metro. The apartment is very comfortable with facilities like a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Couple of suggestions from my experience are:1. Please keep a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. We were there for 6 nights and the room can get very very dusty. Since there is no cleaning service during your stay maintaining a clean flat becomes a challenge. 2. Please do make clear that there is no individual washing machine in each apartment. Apart from lift breaking down for the last two days of our stay (we were on the 6th floor , phew!) we had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend considering an apartment instead of a hotel if you are staying for a few days.

The location is really great, close to the underground, close to Karmelrmarkt which has lots of cafe's and restaurants to choose from, the area is also very quiet and safe. This is not a serviced apartment therefore it will not be cleaned the whole time you are there, stay here if you don't mind this.I like the convenience of having a kitchen as we like to have milk, eggs and juices stored in the refrigerator. We brought our own tea, sugar, coffee and a few dishwasher pods and laundry pods. The only inconvenience we had was due to being a weekend and Easter holiday, tissue paper and trash bags were not replenished right away, they should have already stored these necessities for the duration of our stay (8 days) and not to have us request these via email.

Convenient and will stay here again

A little off the 'tourist' route, but all the better for it. Short walk into the city center. Very modern building and interior decor. Door entry access worked really well, 24hr reception is via telephone and they were very helpful and answered straight away when we lost our access codes. wifi was down for our 2 night stay, but they sent an engineer over immediately to fix.

Modern+character, good value, local market/cafes

The room we stayed in was clean when we got there. They let us know that there would be no cleaning service which was fine, but we did have a laundry room in the basement that we were allowed to use. The only problem was that it was really hard to close the balcony door. So some nights were a little cold(since it was October) bc we could not shut it closed all the way. There were more than enough pots, pans, utensils and other appliances in the kitchen for us to use to cook with.Overall we liked the place. It was nice and cheap and close enough to walk anywhere in downtown Vienna. I would definitely come back again.

I was supposed to meet the staff at a pre-arranged time; however, no one was there so I had to call them about arrival procedures.  They told me I should have received an email with all the codes, but I never did. We got stuck twice in the elevator as the door would not open when reaching the floor, thus having go force the door open.

The hotel is well located, easy access from the airport by bus and walking distance from the old town. The staff was helpful on our luggage as they let us leave our luggage after we checked out. However, when we arrived at the apartment, we found out that there is no toilet paper or tea towel in the kitchen. When we asked the staff who came next morning to collect the cleaning fee, she said they are out of the stock and will bring it next day which is the day we check out. So I have to say they do try to help you but need to be more attentive.

Good location, service is...

The apartment is in a good condition and is excellent value for the price. I had a single bed which was larger than a normal single. The bathroom was clean and modern. Some of the communal areas and also the hallway etc look a bit tired with marks on the walls etc but overall it is certainly a good value (high end budget) apartment. I had no issues with checking in and being left to wait as per other reviewers. My only complaint would be the was only one v.large saucepan in the kitchen, it was not practical to use this to cook breakfast items or heat up food so in the end I didn't use the kitchen at all, which is a shame as I was there for a week. The neighbourhood is nice, I recommend checking out the market opposite for places to eat. Its probably a 10min walk to Schwedenplatz from the apartment for the main U1 and U3 lines and trams.
