B&B near Castle

First of all I was not able to find the property here in tripadvisor as it is listed under different name, it is known as "B&B near Castle" and with this name has hundreds of excellent reviews in hotel booking sites. Here I see only half a dozen reviews so I guess others has problem to locate the listing as well, I even search by address on the map here and by "B&B Astroverein" with no luck, I think it is because it is not available for booking from here but IMHO that is not fair for this extraordinary B&B. The place is in short walking distance from Vienna central train station, means excellent location, many stores around, colorful area and offers few rooms each one decorated in a way that make you feel as you are staying in a palace! In my room, among amazing furniture, mirrors and paintings, there was an antique pink Venetian murano chandelier hanging from the ceiling and a cabinet with amazing items each one with it's own story, even a miniature painting from 14 century. The old couple of owners were friendly, helpful and ...oh! so charming!!! The lady was from Austria and her husband an archaeologist, art expert and a collector from Italy, he patiently explained me everything about the rooms, the breakfast, the coffee machine in the lobby with the stylish dinning table, and of course information about some of the items they display in the rooms. We had a delightful conversation about art, history and books as they have a big library in the property! If I have to say a negative thing is that there is no elevator but that is something common in old buildings in most European cities so i want give a lesser score cause of this. All in all was a fantastic and completely different experience from all the hotels I've stay in the past and that's why I am looking forward to visit again but unfortunately place is booked everytime I tried since then.
