We were booked to come to Velden to do a show for a big birthday party at another venue in Velden, I was a surprise guest artist for that show, but unfortunately we arrived and our suitcase did not, so I had no costumes or equipment and couldn't do the show, but Sally and the reception staff were so helpful calling the airport for us and trying to locate our case, but sadly we had no luck locating it. But loved the hotel and the area, so beautiful, and I recommend this hotel, great location and the most helpful and most polite staff ever.
