Rooms are clean and offer a lot of space. Breakfast is with good choice and they even prepeared it a little bit early only for us since we participated in the running event in Velden. The hosts are very flexible. It is in a good location, not so fahr from Pörtchach and with some pleasant paths throo the woods. Unfortunatelly the hotel is next to a busy streets so it gets noisy at night. Sleeping with closed windows is a must. In the time of our visit this was OK, because weather was rainy and cold but I can not imagine sleeping like this on a hot summer night since there is no AC in the room. Pillows practically non-existent, wi-fi connection very slow.
