Bugles apartments was the perfect home for our family’s ski vacation.
The apartment is very clean, well equipped and heated. 
The host is very generous and kind🙏🏼 she provided everything we need and always welcomed us with a bright face.
We will definitely return to bugles apartment, thank you for an amazing experience 🙏🏼❤️

We had a fantastic stay. A nice welcome, free parking, very clean and complete appartment. Free use of the Spa of the hotel nearby. Only a 5 minute walk to the Gaislachlift, above the Spar and near nice restaurants. I'm sure we will come back!

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for a week in March. We chose this apartment for it's location close to the shuttle bus stops to either access gondola station.
We found the apartment to have everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the proximity to a supermarket and ski rental shop was a bonus.

Second time we stayed at Buggl's.. Very clean, large rooms, well equipped, and great service by the very friendly staff.. The location of the appartement is superb. At the heart of Sölden, above a supermarket, right across a bakery, and just a very short walk away from the central elevator, which allows you to ski to the Gajslachkogel-elevator in the morning..

Pros:

Great location and ease of check in and parking is great.  The apartment was very bright.  SPAR grocery just below and a egg and milk store in the parking lot.

Cons: No cutting board or scissors, Pillows are uncomfortable, Salt and Pepper shaker empty (had to buy my own), Sugar dispenser (empty) (had to buy my own). 

Recommendation for the management:  Please advise guests if they need to communicate with the cleaning team that they only speak Hungarian!  I had called reception on our 2nd of 8 days asking if we could get fresh towels half through the visit and it was not communicated to the cleaners.  I had to get them.

The appartments were great; well cleaned & good service (clean towels during the week, garbage removed almost every day). The location was great for skying but also for apres-ski & restaurants; you can walk to the Glaislachkogel or even take the city lift back down just a minute walk to the appartments. Lots of restaurants at walking distance.

 

Location is everything near  Gaislachkoglbahn and centrum shuttle. Walking distance to everything. The appartment were nice. 2 bedroom apartment perfekt for us 4 persons. Bring if possible your one pillow beacause they weren't good. Linen and tovels included and tovels changed once a week. Very good. Kitchen small but good. No oven just a microwaveoven, besides that everything you need i there.  We would love to return.

6 adults and a baby, we rented an apartment for 11 people. The apartment would sleep 9 people comfortably, 11 would be a stretch since it requires 2 people sleeping on a converted coach in the living room. The location is top, and the apartment is very spacious. But this ends the positive comments on this apartment rental.  The whole apartment decor looks like the ninties, there has never been an upgrade.  The kitchen is lacking basics such as a toaster, espresso machine. The pots and pans are a collection of old stuff, there is a choice between a giant cooking pot or 3 little ones, of which the lid is missing. We rented for 6 adults and there were exactly 6 spoons, 6 knives, 6 forks. So we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. There were 5 wine glasses, all 5 different. When I made a comment we are 6 and there are only 5 wine glasses, an extra 3 - different again - wine glasses were brought up. There are plenty of other glasses, but again all different, 2 Havana Club glasses, 2 glasses from a local bar, 3 leftover glasses from somewhere else etc. There was 1  kitchen towel for the whole week. Then in the bathrooms, the available towels were very thin,  so obviosuly  worn,. 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Towels were changed after 3 days.  Finally, the lady assisting at reception is very friendly and helpful, so no blame on her

Top location, spacious  but very outdated apartment

I travelled here with a group of friends.   We had 3 apartments in this location.   Apt. 201, and 202 which were nice,  recently renovated and in good order.  
Then we had apt. 103 wich is the largest one,   it is outdated,  badly organized and almost has the feel of dirty.  It is in desperate need of an overhaul. 

The location is good though, and staff was friendly.   The skiroom had this terrible watery smell  and was not at all well organized.
