1039 reviewsI booked a prepaid Executive room with included breakfast through the hotel website, and received excellent value. Price was lower than 3rd party booking sites. The room was very clean and spacious, with the fun elephant themed decor. Nice view of a cathedral dome out the window & balcony. Everything in the room worked properly, including the older style in-room safe. Bathroom was well appointed, although a bit dimly lit. Nice water flow in the tub/shower & plenty of hot water available. Interesting decor in the hallways, including the birds flying overhead up the stairs! Small elevator is available. The included breakfast was topnotch, with generous selections of breakfast items for all tastes, served in a beautiful breakfast room. Located in the heart of the car-free old town area, the hotel's alternate exit door is connected to a bank with ATMs. The staff were efficient and saw to our needs promptly, let us leave luggage in their care on checkout day so we could tour the area before our afternoon train departure. I would absolutely stay at Hotel Elefant again, given the opportunity.
