42 reviewsThe hotel is in a great position above the Lake. Although most rooms have a lake view, ours on the corner of the property and on the first floor was somewhat restricted by tall trees. One other problem was that we were above the car park, which seem to have deliveries being made at between 4 and 6pm every morning. The car park also backed on to the terrace where people continued drinking till past midnight and making a lot of noise on a couple of occassions when they should have moved inside at 11pm. The management seemed weak in imposing this regulation. The breakfast/dining room was very nice apart from the fact that nobody seemed to want to put on the air conditioning or open windows. With 30 degree + tempertures outside,sitting through 5 courses became very uncomfortable. Overall though a very nice hotel with good facilities, good food, attentive staff and a great position for exploring the Carinthia region. British tour companies take note!
