I stayed at this lovely family-owned hotel for a week with my school group during their ski trip. The hotel itself is located directly on the beach of Ossiacher lake and I had an amazing single room with lake view. (See photo). The room was comfortable and fairly equipped with pretty much everthing I needed. Breakfast and dinner were superb, especially the wide range of breakfast options and the salad bar at the 4-course dinner (soup, salad, main dish, dessert). But what impressed me the most is the overall warm and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel - family Prinz are one of the the best hosts I've stayed with. They are kind, easy-going, flexible. They'd arrange everything my school needed without a big fuss, really great to cooperate with. I was really pleased by our choice to stay there and would definitely sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone, weather as accomodation during a ski trip to Gerlitzen or as a summer destination for a vacation since I've been told that Ossiach is amazing during the summer.
