We had a wonderful experience — the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, which created a warm, family-like atmosphere throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and everything was well taken care of. A special mention: my wife was struggling with neck pain due to her arthritis, and the mattress felt too firm. As soon as we mentioned it, a soft topper was added right away — problem solved! Truly thoughtful service. Highly recommended!
