189 reviewsI don't often leave reviews but we have stayed here for the second time in 'Hotel Austria' in as many months We had an amazing stay over New year (24/25) and have just returned after another week starting the 8th of February. We got engaged on New Years Eve and everyone made it extra special for us - Thank you to all xxx Family Steiner and their staff are all amazing and extremely welcoming. Mother and Farther Steiner always say hello and chat at the end of the day when we are talking about the days events. Anna never stops she is always on the go and still manages to say hello and always able to help. Max knows everything you can imagine about wine. The wine tasting evening is always amazing and we learn something different every time - they are never the same. Peter the head waiter will always put a smile on your face and has a brilliant sense of humour. Stella our waitress for the week was also amazing! The hotel and facilities are brilliant, you walk out the front of the hotel and about a minute you are on the slopes - amazing! Ski hire at Lohmann so so easy and quick, Ralf sort everything we needed and it was delivered straight to the hotel. We did not want to leave at the end of our stay! Cannot wait to go back!!!!!!!
