The key machine in front of the front door is a disaster, especially when you have to hold 1000 things in your hand and sillyly push around the machine. Very annoying. The toilet has no cleaning pads anymore. The toilet with lots of urine residue and hair under the toilet seat and unfortunately also hair on the mattress. Then move to another room. Unfortunately there is the same thing. The toilet just doesn't get cleaned!!! Horrible. I really don't want to give anyone anything bad. I wish you had a chance at cleaning power. But you have to tell her. The room is totally fine. New furniture, climate, mattress ok. Quiet if the window is clean. It's easy to change the shower.

Rooms okay, but the bathroom won't be cleaned.

We also call them the fjords of the Mediterranean, because their uniqueness of the views offered at the arrival and departure stages, constitute the great beauty of the journey. The ship offers beautiful and well-furnished meeting places. the careful cleaning, the rich and healthy food choice between bouffets and restaurants, offered by the very kind and attentive personal, the evening theatre and the animation that is in the right place at the right time, make this cruise a real gem! A type of family trip to choose from for many but many reasons! In 25 years of experience as a professor at European level, I hear that it is not second to any travel experience (and I don't exaggerate: to believe in reciprocity!!!) The doctor known in the doctor's office, Irinaooo, has a professional journey with a whole heart, thanks for all the difficulties she has had to travel with a whole heart!!!

MSC cruise music eastern Mediterranean

Goods for 5 days in the hotel. Enjoyed a great stay. Large enough rooms. Modern, air conditioned and very conveniently equipped. Very good beds. Good storage facilities. Breakfast: 3 types of fresh sausage, 3 types of cheese, eggs, sausage, sausage, cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, cereal, jam, nutella, cake, fruit juice, mineral water and a great selection of fine coffee. Very friendly and competent staff. Everything is clean. Free and sufficiently available parking spaces. The hotel is conveniently located on the highway, in a new commercial area. One can recommend a picnic 100 percent further.

Top three star hotel

It's a nice hotel, clean and quiet room, perfect for a night or two, near the highway, nine churches, a small place with a lot of shops and a few restaurants, only 54 km to Vienna, breakfast is easy but good.

Clean and affordable

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a building, the other floors are offices. There is no reception staff, you can manage to figure out on your own how to get in, where to go, and what to do when you leave in the morning. Hotel located in a business area with cinema and restaurant burger. View of the company rooms (stalls, etc.); however, quiet, clean, sufficiently spacious rooms, with new furniture and good condition beds.

Hotel with no charm and no reception staff

You come in and find a ATM that gives you the key. If something goes wrong, you have to call and maybe someone will do something. It's new and in excellent condition. It's a very clean room, it's in good condition. With fast internet, I worked well. Breakfast like this. A little extra choice would be appreciated. A little high price for a hotel with reduced staffing costs. It might be good for one night but if I had to stay longer for both vacation and work, I would choose another hotel at the same price.

Minimalist

I did not think I would ever book a hotel in Neunkirchen of all places, but as I attended a wedding there last weekend and did not want to drive back to Vienna late at night, I chose this hotel from the list of local hotels the bride recommended. I liked my spacious room, called "Marilyn Monroe" (with portrait of MM above the bed) enjoyed the breakfast (both bedrooms and the breakfast room are located on the third floor of the building) and was happy we could check in earlier to get changed for the wedding. It was not exactly cheap, but the rate was decent. I disliked the "anonymous" atmosphere with virtually no staff in sight. There is a check-in machine (make sure not to confuse the booking code of e.g. Booking.com with the check-in code you need for the machine) that was out of paper when I checked in so missed the important information of which room I was staying in that my friend who checked in before me got on his printed confirmation. Thankfully, there was a member of staff around who kindly checked in her tablet, otherwise I would have had to try all doors. I would not choose this hotel for a romantic weekend, but it was clean and o.k. (with strong WiFi) for a short stay in the area.

I slept with Marilyn

One of the most terrible travel experiences in twenty years of my travels! After ten hours of driving, we arrived at our MSC Hotel Neunkirchen near Ternitz, Austria, at 11:00 p.m. Our late arrival was agreed with the hotel staff, and we were briefed on the operation of the automatic terminal at the hotel entrance. When we were asked what to do if the terminal didn't work, the hotel staff replied that there was an emergency number in the terminal. After arriving, we were checked five credit cards, including a personal checked passenger from the Netherlands.

One of the most terrible travel experiences of my twenty years of traveling!

One's experience of this hotel is highly dependent on what one wants from a hotel.  For me, I'm looking for a clean, comfortable, inexpensive place to sleep.  The MSC Hotel perfectly provides that.  For those looking for a warm welcome at reception (or recommendations for exploring the area), this is definitely the wrong place to choose because reception does not exist, replaced by a self-service machine that stands outside the main entrance to the building.

Pros:  Clean, new, trendy rooms with excellent air conditioning.  Standard German/Austrian breakfast with breads, cheese, cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, vegetables, and Muesli.  Close to the main highway.  The hotel and the area around it feels very safe.  Whoever handles reservations (wherever she is) is helpful; I booked two rooms and had to change my reservation; I changed only one room, not realizing I had separate reservation numbers for each room. I was contacted to see if I meant to change the other room, too -- that is much appreciated! 

Cons:  No reception.  Property only has staff in mornings (breakfast person who may or may not also be the cleaning person).  Free Wi-Fi was a little persnickety at times -- it required patience when it did not want to load certain webpages.  

Also worth noting on the positive side:  There is a nearby bike/pedestrian path that allows one to walk to the very picturesque Peterskirche in Ternitz in about 15-20 minutes, with beautiful rural/mountain views along the way.  Directions: take the sidewalk next to the MSC Hotel entrance around to the front of the OBI store, cross the street at the crosswalk, walk toward the highway that connects Ternitz & Neunkirchen until the sidewalk dead ends at the parking lot for an apartment complex, walk through the parking lot to it's far corner, and then go through the little gait there to enter the bike/pedestrian path.

Clean, Inexpensive (but Impersonal) Hotel

By chance, I stayed overnight in this hotel. Checking in was relatively easy. But there's only one checkout machine. The room is simple. The equipment is relatively new. Unfortunately, the toilet did not work. Since there was no reception, there was no one to take care of it. Breakfast was only available until 9:00.
