Landhaus Alpina

Me and my family stayed in Landhaus Alpina for a week during the summer holiday. The accomodation was great! The rooms were clean and cosy and views from them were fabulous. Host's hospitability was excelent (always ready to help you with your plans in every weather). I've never met with such a warm and friendly attitude. Hope to visit this lovely hotel and its owners again.

We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful house and it was amazing experience. We went skiing every day and the nearest cable car station is located about 8km from the accommodation which is very advantageous.
In addition, we really enjoyed delicious breakfast with the spectacular view of the mountains. The owners are very friendly, nice, talkative and super helpfull people! They were willing to give us some very valuable advice which we absolutely appreciated! 
We hope we come back in summer!

We stayed 5 nights in Landhaus Alpina and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Bjorn and Marzena are the perfect hosts and will do everything to make their guests feel at home. The breakfast was superb and the rooms were good. The Landhaus is located at a 10 minute drive from the nearest ski-lift and is perfectly located for day trips in the region. The hosts know the area very well and are always ready to help or give tips. I would recommend this place to everyone who plans to visit this region!

Went here in June for enjoying nature and having walks. The house has a very traditional interior and setting in Austrian style. The owners are very kind, have great sense of hospitality and are open to share tips and recommendations for almost everything. They have a dog and cat running around. Ask them where to walk, sight-see or eat, they will know. The rooms are decent and cleaned every day. As a tip: take a room with mountainview. It's hardly more expensive but has a great view on the southern mountains and balcony (we had room 5). There's a big closet and hairdryer in the room. A small thing for improvement of the pillow for the bed and the wooden headboard above the bed which you keep hitting your head against if you try to watch TV (I forgot to tell the owners about this). The rooms are cleaned every day. WiFi-coverage is excellent, one of the best I have had in any hotel or B&B. There's a fridge in the common area where there's beer and soda's that you can take from, a . Breakfast is versatile with options for bread, lots of jams, cheese, cake and yoghurt. 

The walk from the Landhaus down to Mittersill is a downside because it's dangerous. There is no sidewalk and you have to walk alongside a busy road where cars drive fast. It's also a steep road so it's hard for elderly. We experienced cars don't expect you walking there, especially in the evening. It's unfortunate because Alpina's garden is almost connected to a much more accessible and friendly road down, but next door's garden is slightly in the way (for a few meters). It would be excellent if the owners could figure something out with the neighbors (Haus Diana)

Great hospitality, here are some details you would like to hear about..

Owners were very rude to us. They had prejudices of us, because we are young adults. This is not the place to be when you don't want to go bed at 9pm and wake up at 7am. 

Tip for owners: Do not ever blame your customers that they were disrespectful and use drugs!!? And those blames were unfounded. Maybe you need to learn more about good customer service?
