The accommodation has an excellent location both near penkenbahn, the train station and  the Main Street were you can find a variety of restaurants, shops and after skis. The lady who takes care of the place is very sweet and takes care of you like a child. She is working mostly alone so sometimes the breakfast may take a little more time. Be aware that the lady mostly speaks German so if you don’t know German it can be hard to communicate. The room is smal but nice furniture and the bathroom was fresh. So in conclusion the place is very good for what you are paying for.

We spent a week skiing at the guest house Lärchenheim. The location of the accommodation is really great, through the garden door you'll be on the penkenbahn in five minutes and thus have super fast access to the ski area. Also you'll be in two minutes to dus in the centre of Mayrhofen. We had a room with a renovated bathroom which was really great. The room itself was fine, although in some places it was obviously obsolete. The breakfast was prepared by the 80-year-old owner and it was also ok.

Top location, accommodation OK

Great location right in the center the old lady is always friendly and very hardworking however in my opinion overwhelmed the age does not lie 😉 The rooms were always clean but a basic renovation of the rooms would definitely not harm the smell in the house was also desirable🙈 For someone who does not have many claims this guest house is ideal the only thing left to complain is the old tiny TV and the w-lan is missing too.
