We stayed one night on our way to a skiing holiday. We were given a large, comfortably furnished room in immaculate condition -- as is the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed a hearty Austrian dinner; the food was delicious with the meat sourced from the hotel's own butcher shop (in the same block as the hotel). The local wines were very good and the whole meal was extremely good value for money! Although the hotel is located by a lake in a very small village, the occasional car passing by during the night does disturb the sleep of those particularly sensitive to noise. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with the best soft-boiled eggs we had enjoyed in a long time. Would certainly stay again, but maybe ask for a room at the back of the hotel...
