The staff are really helpful, the restaurant is really great, probably the best food I've had in Austria. The room was a little dated and the pillow was not great. I left a note to ask housekeeping for an extra pillow (in german) but it was ignored. I'm sure if I'd asked at reception they'd have sorted me out so that's on me really. The conference facilities were really good and as the weather was still nice we used the outside space a lot too which was great. Overall a really nice stay.
