Just got back from an incredible stay at a charming, family-owned hotel in Kaprun, Austria. Huge shoutout to Michael and his mom for making our trip so memorable! We booked the hotel just a day before arriving, and Michael went above and beyond to accommodate my family (me, my wife, and our son) with a special deal for a triple bedroom, breakfast included. Right from the start, we were personally greeted by Michael himself, who made us feel super welcome. He even gave me his personal number in case we needed anything, which was such a nice touch. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Michael made sure everyone got exactly what they wanted, from coffee and tea to scrambled eggs or omelets. It felt like having breakfast at a cafe / restaurant rather than a hotel. My son especially loved the place and is already talking about coming back. If you're planning a trip to Kaprun, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The personal touch from Michael and his mom really made all the difference. Can’t wait to visit again!
