15 reviewsWe come to this hotel for several years for ski vacation. Being a family run hotel, it really feels like home - the people are very friendly, the owners may themselves make fried eggs personally for you in the moring and have a glass of schnaps together with you in the evenings. Nice location for a family stay - no apre-ski bars around, quiet and calm. You may take sledge and go to the slopes with the kids, or just have a walk in the alpine forest that starts a few meters away. Only 5 minutes drive to the Silvretta lift; free (and huge) parking lot. The room (we actually had a a suite, two rooms and a kitchen) is nice and clean, provides a lot of space for a family with kids; offers nice views, too. Not "haute cuisine", but good quality traditional food; if you take HB option, you have to pre-order the main course for the dinner in the morning of the same day, but that was never an issue for us. On a number of occasions we asked for something that was not on the pre-order list - and always got what we asked for; no problem at all. If you choose not to book HB option (or just feel you want a new experience), you can have a la carte dinners in the Stube, a cousy place next to the main resaurant; the choise is wide and the food is very good. I believe it is a good value for money and a nice place to stay if you are after a quiet vacation in a family-like atmosphere. Plan to spend my next vacaton there again.
