This hotel is a great location, centrally downtown as it provides access to the rail lines and trains to other destinations.

Very central location. Right beside train and bus station. Amazing views from the room. Excellent.

Really pleasant staff throughout and when the shower broke they had it repaired with a new shower head by the time we returned from our evening meal. Amazing service!

Nice modern design, great location, public parking under the building, small room but entirely sufficient.  Walkable to the old town and all downtown.  Reasonable price. All perfect.

Amazing location - don't even have to cross the street to get to hotel from the train and bus station, yet the neighborhood is still nice.  Staff was courteous, room was clean.  Only knock is that bed could have been a little more comfortable.  Coverings was a duvet, which so many hotels are using now.

Amazing view brilliant floor to ceiling windows. Clean comfortable bed great shower only negative point was a bit of a smell from the bathroom shower drain and was a bit on the pricey side over xmas and new year time

Modern, quiet, and clean, right next to the train station. Building looks brand new - maybe built in the last 5 years or so? Very well insulated as you can't hear any noise from outside or adjacent rooms, despite overlooking the train tracks and being in a busy area with a lot of traffic Great for exploring the city - walking distance to everything - and coming back to a base for a peaceful night's sleep.

Excellent, small hotel extremely close to the train station. Beautiful view of the mountains. We had everything we needed for a great night. The only downside is if the water pressure in the shower is not the best.

The rooms were great and most of the staff were super friendly,  except for one of the female staff members.  It started off ok, but when she handed me my key,  she didn't say anything.  She didn't repeat the room number or show me where the elevators were. Iended up having to drag it out of her in order to get to my room.  I've stayed at a lot of hotel rooms, and this small act didn't make me feel welcome.

Modern, clean, in an unbeatable location

Enjoyed the Motel One in Innsbruck.   Very convenient location, right next to the OBB train station.   The facility is very nice, clean and cosy.  The staff were very nice.   No coffee machine in the room, but you can go to the top floor bar to get a coffee and other drinks.   Was only a few mins walk to the Christmas Market Plaza.

Hotel was in a great location in comparison to public transportation, literally next to the train and buses.Very walkable from the hotel, we didn't take much public transport to get around bc of the walkability. The room was great, clean and spacious. The staff were great as well. Would recommend staying here.

With the location literally right next to the train station, it made it super easy to jump off the train, drop your bags and explore the city. Easy walk to everything the city has to offer. Friendly staff, cool rooftop bar, comfortable bed, modern & clean (but small) room, and couldn’t hear the trains at all, despite being so close.

This hotel c was perferct for our short stay in Innsbruck. It was right next to the train station and the bus transit station. It was very walkable to the older part of the city and we even walked to the Bergisel ski jump from the hotel. The staff was friendly and our room was extremely clean. Also, our view was stunning! If you need a place to sleep after a very full day of touring the city,  you can feel confident that this place offers what you need.

Excellent location for the train station,  the town was only a ten minute walk. Hotel was nicely styled, immaculately clean , bedrooms small but well designed to maximising space . Huge window with view of the station and mountains.  Would have liked a kettle and coffee tea options in the room .Breakfast room had fabulous views , breakfast was basic , would have been nice to have a couple of warm options,  Scrambled egg, sausage etc .Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location

If you love design and a good view with snowy mountains around, this is the place to stay. In fact, the nearness to train station is a big plus actually; quiet rooms but close enough to old city and a hop to regional transport and airport. The lounge upstairs is brilliant but it would be even better if management can focus on showing some more hospitality and warm engagement. ‘Wait to be seated’ but no one giving you attention, it would help if staff shows you to a 5 seating occupied by only 2 to let you sit too without having to hang around and uncomfortably have to ask yourself. We tried twice. It is busy upstairs but I got feeling I disturbed more then I was recognised as a welcome guest.A great difference was Jose from Brazil who showed us what hospitality is, the team can learn from him in making guests feel welcomed.
