We stayed for 8 nights on a Leger tour. At no time did we feel "just part of that coach group" but instead as welcomed individual guests. The room was spotless, well equipped and spacious, with a balcony looking out on beautiful scenery. There was some construction work on a new annex which wasn't the prettiest, but only detracted slightly from the experience. It was very hot during our time there, which, with no aircon, needed mountain breezes to make nighttimes bearable! The breakfast buffet had practically every hot and cold option imaginable in generous supply - everything well prepared, presented and tasty. We ordered our dinner options at breakfast with a selection from 3 main courses (one vegetarian). The other courses - soup, salad buffet & dessert - were fixed, although ice cream was always available if requested. No course was repeated during our stay and every course was well presented and delicious. Drinks were available from the bar or at the table. Most were reasonably priced (for a 4* hotel) except for bottled wines, which were about double the price you'd pay in a UK restaurant. All-in-all we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
