Chalet Kammleitn

A wonderful holiday in an excellent location. The guesthouse is very close to the ski area Nassfeld, 5 minutes by car. About the pension and the people who run it, only words of praise. We were six families with children, stayed from 26.12.2022-03.01.2023. Everyone regretted when they left as we would have liked to stay longer. We will always remember special moments spent during the staying. The chalet has nice, clean rooms, plenty of space, bathrooms well equipped, comfortable beds and sheets. There is a spacious dining room where we had breakfast and dinner, fresh and delicious food. Dinner consisted of two tasty courses cooked according to Hungarian style, close to Romanian specific, so just like at home. We also enjoyed delicious wines produced in the family vineyard near Lake Balaton. Both adults and children had a great time. There is a living room with sofas, tables and a fireplace where they waited for us every evening with a roaring fire and mulled wine, after a day of skiing, wind and snow, all of which was so refreshing and delightful. The children enjoyed playing in the gaming room. But most of all we appreciated the hospitality of the hosts and the kindness which they surrounded us with. They even prepared a festive New Year's Eve meal for us, toasted champagne with us at the turn of the year, they were not only hosts but also friends! This house has soul, no doubt, and that is thanks to the people there, so dedicated and helpful. I highly recommend Chalet Kammleitn and we hope to return someday.
