The food  was outstanding with great options for children too.

 The shuttle service to the slopes was so regular it so easy to get to and from the slopes even though it’s only a short walk.

The overall service at the hotel was so great they went over and beyond to make our stay awesome. Their accomodation of our poor German was  only surpassed in their first excellent English.

I can’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back.

Relax in a beautiful environment with plenty of sun and a wide choice of activities. We had a pleasant stay at the Fisserhof for the second time. Good food, large swimming pool, no need for a car during your stay and the service is great. A nice place for holiday.

Our third summer holiday at Fisserhof and the first time we went in August. Once again a splendid experience with great hospitality. Staff is great, rooms are clean and spacious. Everything is well taken care of. Every year we see improvements to make our stay even better.

Everything is just perfect. The rooms, pools with enough luxurious sunbeds, nice rooms as you are able to see on the website, very modern new fitness tools. Bath towels as much you want. Play rooms for the children. The food is delicious. High standard diner. Although the dinner is of a high standard, it is very accessible to everyone. There is also food for the children that they will certainly like. The breakfast is a large buffet with very good coffee. We will certainly come back.

This hotel provides a perfect , seamless and easy made ski experience.  you have your ski pass on your room key , the skis up at the lift and a shuttle back and forth and all the advice you need. In addition the hotel itself is modern , spotless , with a great spa area. the food is 5 star not 4 and little touches like the recycled menus from last night are converted into different snacks for the late lunch buffet. makes u feel good for no waste and tastes great. add the super friendly staff and you come back for sure.

Great hotel with very friendly employees and very well organized to make you stay unforgettable. All facilities were very clean and lovely to enjoy. We enjoyed every minute of it. Food was very well prepared and service in all facilities was great. 

We stayed at the Fisserhof in July 2020 for one week, together with friends. It was our first visit to Fiss and it will most likely not be the last one, as we were very pleased with this hotel and the Fiss/Serfaus region. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and the meals were excellent. The hotel also has a great whine list with excellent local choices. A big plus of the hotel is the polite and efficient service staff which was in a good mood all the time.
Other advantages of the hotel are the covered parking and the nice garden. As we were in the region mainly for hiking, we did not use the wellness installations, but I am sure they are as good as the rest of the hotel. 

We had a lovely time at this hotel, the room, the service, the food, the cleaning and the pool area was nothing but perfect. The staff are genuine polite and helpful and there were not a single time any doubts that they loved to have small children visiting their hotel. I couldn’t ask for anything else. Only thing that stood out from the excellence: the wooden terrace floor wasn’t maintained and we got some small and painful sticks in our feet but I’m sure they will fix that before we return next summer :)

We had a lovely vacation at Hotel Fisserhof. We were very surprised by all the luxery of this hotel. An electric shuttle bus to the slopes , ski lockers in the Edelweiss depot , covered parking near to the entrance , kids room , afternoon snack, very large and comfortable family suite , multiple swimming pools (indoor and outdoor),. Horse drawn sleigh through the village,  a very warm and helpful staff. We had a magnificent stay.

We spent a ski weekend at the Fisserhof and we really enjoyed. The service is very good and the personnel is very nice. The room was fantastic with view on the mountains. The hotel offers a very efficient shuttle service as well as a very convenient and comfortable ski depot service next to the ski slopes, included in the price. It also has a quite big indoor swimming pool and 2 outdoor swimming pools. We will definitely go to Fisserhof again soon.

Very nice hotel for ski holidays

We arrived in Fiss after coming from St Moritz, and we were blown away by the hospitality of the staff.
Our room was very large and comfortable. Our room keys even opened our ski locker on the ski field.
The meals were all included, everything was delicious and well presented. Variety of choices. Well cooked. Children’s menu was excellent.
Parking was easy access and close to the entrance.
Horse drawn sleigh was a perfect finish on our last afternoon.

Complete in every way

The hotel is wonderful in every respect. 

Although the hotel is a few hundred metres from the lifts, don’t be put off because they run a shuttle bus back and forth to the main gondola station. Just call the hotel when you want to come back and it is there waiting for you, in 3 minutes! The hotel provide lockers at the main gondola station so you don’t need to carry all your ski gear back to the hotel.  

Our bedroom room was very spacious, it was clean, warm and comfortable.  

The hotel facilities are a delight, there are numerous saunas, steam rooms, a lovely indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. There are facilities for children, but we didn’t use these.  

The food is lovely, the evening meal includes a salad buffet, followed by a starter, then soup, then main course, followed by sweet and then cheese and biscuits. They make every night into a special occasion. The highlight for me was the fabulous main courses and the selection of cheeses.

Finally, the staff were warm and welcoming.  

Overall, faultless.
