Gasthof Feichter

We spent a week of our family vacation with our small daughter in a comfort room and we are fully satisfied with all aspects of this hotel’s service. Our stay at Gasthof Feichter was great, it is by far one of our best hotel experience ever. I must say that the one thing that made this extraordinary is the great atmosphere and the genuinely nice and care taking family and staff. Very traditional room, spacious, well-furnished and spotlessly clean; at the restaurant a table was assigned to us and prepared in a very pretty way. There was also a very pleasant garden where there is the possibility of having breakfast and relax. The food and drinks selection were delicious, extremely varied and mostly authentic Austrian. Anna and her family helped us to find places to visit and sort main attractions during the entire week, including the activation of the Kärnten Card that is strongly recommended for the main destinations of that area. They were always willing to support and attentive to our needs, including all our many dietary and services requirements for our daughter and nothing was too much trouble for them. Chatting to other customers and many come here year after year so that speaks for itself. I must admit that i didn’t know at all Carinthia before this trip and a special mention goes to this State and the surrounding area , including the neighbouring Slovenia : they offers so many activities and places to visit that alone is worth something.Then add Anna, her wonderful family and the helpful staff who made us feel at home- so worth it 100%!
