We visited this wonderful place in Jan 2015, 2016, and 2018. We enjoyed every minute of each of our stays. The Sauer family, that runs the hotel, is very hospitable, helpful, warm, and friendly. They would assist us with anything that we needed, especially with our 1-year-old girl. They do their best to offer variety of delicious local and international food. The breakfast is a buffet. The dinner is four course meal of soup, salad from buffet, main dish of your choice from a list, and dessert. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean, warm, and with wonderful view to either the mountain or the valley. The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful location, not too far from Finkenberg and only a short drive from Mayrhofen. We go there for skiing, so the ski bus that comes to the hotel is very convenient. In the morning you can order it for defined slots with 30 min gap. Note that you should not be late, because you will have to wait for the next one. In the afternoon the buses are waiting by the lift to return you to the hotel. We love going there! If you need a place to stay in the area or planning your next vacation, this is it!
