Hotel Berggluck

Hi This was my first trip to Austria with the family as we are new to skiing. We have only been to Andorra once before last year. I contacted Tina to ask questions regarding the up and coming trip and immediately I felt at ease with her. We turned up on the day and from the moment we walked in, it was like we had been there 10 times already. I cannot express how warm and friendly Tina and René were to myself and my family. Nothing was too much effort for them. They helped with all aspects of the trip from booking in with the ski school and all local knowledge of the area. The food was absolutely top notch I just wish my children had eaten more. The room was basically furnished but perfectly ample, clean and tidy with all amenities that you could want. The location is close enough to Filzmoos. Hiring a car is a must but there is talk of them running a shuttle bus soon to the ski area possibly next year. All in all, I was uncertain about going to a place I had never been before with my young family but I will be certainty going back next year! this is just what I would have wished for.
