Great location, comfortable and big room, good shower, genuinely dog-friendly, excellent food (really outstanding cuisine!), friendly and professional staff - everything was perfect down the tiniest details. We stayed here a week with our big dog and enjoyed some absolutely amazing hikes, sight-seeing (perfectly centrally located for daytrips) and absolute relaxation in the pool and the hammock. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

We stayed on half board, 3.7-7.7.16.
We chose it because it is dog friendly. However it has much more going for it, the atmosphere really is that of a country house, where it is easy to get to know the owners and other guests. Breakfast well above average, all ingredients fresh, and imaginative but unpretentious dinner offerings. The pool is nice too. We chose a room with a balcony, it was a good size, and always cool enough at night, so no need to fret about air conditioning. Cool mountain air is always better. The hotel offers bikes free of charge, and the €5 charge fór a dog is very reasonable. But what sets it apart are the friendly owners; this has been a family owned place for a century, and The mult-lingual and much travelled Birgit is a great host. We felt like we arrived as guests and left as friends

The location is beautiful with an awesome view out of the room - a nice pool and really good food!! I like the fact that it is a biological hotel ..
All rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy the pure nature and just relax!
