Excellent is the only rate one can give to this family run hotel. Currently staying in this hotel with 2 grandchildren. The austrian kitchen is quite different from what they are used to. But the hotel is extremely ( repeat extremely) flexible in adapting to the needs of its customers. Do not know how the hotel could improve
