We stayed here on our way from Holland to Italy. The location is ideal for this purpose, at 900 km/1 carday from Holland. With all the Baustellen, speed limits and Stau on the German Autobahn this is a reasonable one day distance. The pension is well taken care of. Rooms are spacious and clean and everything is renovated and well maintained. Our Zimmer (not apartment) even had a kitchenette. Breakfast was limited (that is how I like it) but good, they also had gluten free bread. Coffee was excellent. The surroundings are beautiful, although we didn't see much of it as we arrived in rain/darkness and left in rain/fog. I certainly would come back here on our next passing, and maybe stay a day more to explore the neighbourhood.
