We spent a long weekend here with my mom. The room and the house was clean and since we went every day trecking, it was an ideal acommodation (located near the centre for a good price). Guests have to buy the Carinthian Card and it was our first experience with this opportunity, but totally worth the price! We also would like to come back in winter, because the house is also very close to the slopes.
