We arrived at 1am and our key and a note on how to get to our room was left on the front desk. The owners are very interactive and so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed this hotel a lot, there was so much to do for the kids (in summer), our favourite was going down the ski runs on non motorised scooters. You get dropped off at the top of the slopes and have a great time coming down at your own pace on these scooters. The drive up and down the mountain to get to the hotel is stunning. My 11 and 7 year old had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Breakfast was satisfactory and the rooms were clean and large. We had a room with 2 Austrian twin beds, and 3 bunk beds (could therefore sleep 8 people). The A1 Red Bull track was about 40min drive, a beautiful drive that you want to do every day.
