it was a wonderful vacation. the host was very kind. many hiking opportunities. fresh air, endless silence. one of the best accommodations we have stayed at. we will be back for sure. it has become our favorite place in Austria.

Lovely place, ideal for hikers, bikers and everyone who loves to stay away from the crowd. With Lungau card you can have access to plenty of cablecars   nearby and spas/pools. Great starting point to see the Nockberge, Eisenthalhöhe, Königstuhl etc.

Location was great, in the middle of the mountains, room was super clean, smelled very nice. Room was big and it looked better than in pictures. Surroundings are just incredible. If ur a hiker or like biking in the summer or just chill in the mountains, that's the place to go. 

the accommodation has not the slightest fault, the location is excellent for ski mountaineering, the accommodation is clean, pleasant, everything is equipped and functional. There are catering options nearby, the accommodation itself has a fully equipped kitchen. Sauna available in the price, always clean and ready

Totally recommend this apartment. Room is clean and equipped with all necessary staff. There is beautiful view from the balcony. Host is very nice and helpful.  Literally everything is perfect. I would be happy to come back someday.

We spent a few nights in the apartment and can recomend it. Apartment is very comfortable, fully-equipped. And the surrounding is simply magnificent, with lots of nice views and peaks to conquer. Landlord was very frendly and we had all the comfort we coul wish.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, beautiful and peaceful surroundings, very friendly and helpful landlord. Hiking trails start right from the doorstep - the one to Königstuhl and Rosanintal is particularly scenic. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

For those who are looking for excellent place to stay, away from urban life and rush. Just a few houses, great mountains, two ski lifts right in front of the door. Lots of snow, great apartments very well equipped, spacious and clean, friendly and welcoming owners, sauna in-house. Skiing, backcountry skiing,  cross-country skiing with maintained tracks, winter or snowshoes tours - all at your reach. Just go.

Beautiful place, great apartments very well equipped, spacious and clean, friendly and welcoming owners. Perfect for whom is looking for peace and quiet, far from cities and crowd. Isolation has a price, though, which is lack of services, shops etc in the vicinity, so driving quite a bit is needed. Nevertheless it's a downside that I am happy to stand given all the other excellent points about this place.

This was my third visit in Thomatal and everything was just perfect. Again. Wanna relax in the middle of the beautiful nature, wake up with sunshine over the mountains, reach several great ski resorts in 30 minutes? Then Almsonne should be your choice. Also, there is smaller ski lift right there. Tired after whole day skiing? Take 20 steps to sauna, it's included by the way. What else? Quite large apartment, fully equipped kitchen, etc, etc, etc. Try it.

Just an amazing place to visit

House is located in a very quiet place in a beautiful mountain valley. Ideal for families with children, with a lot of possibilities of easy to intermediate hiking in green hills directly from the house. Owners live on a groundfloor and are very very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is more than well-equiped, every room in the apartment has its own toilet and bathroom. We hope to return next year again.
