Me and my family stayed there over the new year. The town and slopes of Grossarl is very nice and the hotel gets our highest recommendation. The hotel has a good family vibe to it and the service from all the people was top class. Location is ideal between to the two big gondola and only few minutes walk. Two of my family had skiing accident and the service in town was nice and fast. We will definitely come back to this hotel
