This is a beautiful traditional hotel, about an hour south of Salzburg. The team running the hotel were courteous, friendly and went to great lengths to make our stay as hospitable as possible. The food is great and the staff were especially accommodating for our son who is gluten-free. The hotel has there are good facilities for children, play areas inside and outside, including spa area and a small swimming pool at the back. There are great activities in the area, including some fantastic hill/mountain walks (beautiful scenery), and we recommend to get the Hochkönig card which provides some great benefits for exploring the area. Heartily recommend this hotel for families!
