66 reviewsI was so glad to return for a few days at the end of spring 2024. Ramsau isn’t just beautiful in Winter, it is a great Spring and Summer destination too! This lovely hotel has been further enhanced by the re-opening of its restaurant where the chef prepares dishes which are perfect for the end of a long day’s walk. The highlight of the menu was on Friday when I enjoyed freshly prepared Perch - a really wonderful creation with very tasty and imaginative side servings of vegetables and salad. The rest of the hotel remains clean, comfortable and efficiently run. Julia, always very helpful, is also a great source of wonderful hiking tips, and the hotel location is perfect, both for local walks and for accessing the bus which opens up the whole Schladming- Dachstein area. This is a lovely part of Austria. If you haven’t yet visited, you should give it a try!
