We stayed for a Saturday and Sunday in November whilst conducting some family business. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a wonderful view over the Danube. The food was outstanding. An excellent choice of local meat and fish with a good selection of wines. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we had excellent support and advice on the best wine to have with a superbly cooked and presented meal. Price was very good and quality was high. The hotel is on a hill which is quite steep so if yo have mobility issues that might be something to think about. Parking also has to work around the slope so again something to think about. These are minor points compared with the overall quality of location, staff and food. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended.
