Stayed at this caravan park an was really surprised. It is so quietan peaceful..spotless clean..toilets an all.bays spotless. The staff are super friendly an helpful..nothing i an issue.
Awesome price compared to every other caravan park quiet considerably cheaper.

Facilities are great.

Booked a 2 bedroom self contained chalet for three of us.  Everything needed is in kitchen, nice verandah, comfy furniture .   Very clean and tidy. Close enough to town and would stay again with our group.   Not sure if single cheap accomodation is available as I would be interested if so.

The whole park was lovely, clean & tidy.  Our accommodation was wonderful and the staff were so helpful & lovely.  The pool was beautiful, thank  you we loved it.  The park is close to down town Busselton.

The site is very quiet and well kept, the pool was an added bonus
Our accommodation was ready when we arrived early, so the they let us check in early
Everything was provided including some essential items such as tea, coffee and milk
The only comment we have is the loung area which we felt could have benefitted from having 2 lounge sofas instead of just the one, but this didn’t spoil our stay
A short walk and you are in the centre of Busselton or on the beach, perfect

I don't really want to write this because we don't want the word to get out about this property, already the next stay we wanted is booked out. Our large group of 17 including adults and grandchildren were very comfortably housed in 8 bedrooms for an amazing family weekend. Although classed as a luxury property it is very reasonably priced with every convenience you could ever need. Rob and Mel were wonderful hosts and nothing was any trouble for them. The kitchen/dining area is huge with electric oven, wood stove and wood fired pizza oven. The lounge is enormous, huge covered outdoor entertaining area  and well equipped with secure parking for all vehicles.

This would be the neatest, cleanest park we have seen on our travels for a long time. Our site was very easy to find and easy to back into. The service on checking in was excellent and the lady on duty spent a bit of time giving us extra information on the not to miss points of interest in Busselton and surrounding areas. The rates were excellent compared to other parks in Busselton, the amenities were good and the general atmosphere around the park was friendly and accommodating. Yep, I would come back here.

everything was perfect the owner was very nice when we arrived, we stayed from the 3rd to the 6th had no problem letting us bring our boat actually soughted out a space close to our challet the jackeranda to leave it . The residents are very friendly and polite was a short walk to town so location is spot on . It's a very modern place and very well priced aswell  as clean, shout out to the cleaners 👍 have absaloutly no complaints at all would stay again no worries.

Cabins are clean and roomy, kitchen has everything, good size queen bed, and bunks, park amenities are good and handy, park is quiet. Village is in walking distance to town. Pool and play area are good for kids, pool is a good size..

We normally stay at another park in Busselton however we came to the park as during the school holidays kids were free when we hired a power site. Quiet spot just up from the beach. Can easily ride or walk to beach and town. Staff friendly. Grass and concrete sites. Clean ablutions and a little playground for the kids. Excellent bbq area under cover and roll down blinds. Lots of chalets to choose from too and lots of residents in park homes but all very quiet and gardens well kept. Definitely a hidden gem in Busselton.

Lovely quiet park. Had a cement pad caravan site in off peak season for 5 nights. Seniors discount. Plenty of space for 20ft caravan and vehicle. Amenities block adequate but only cleaned once during stay. Also no hand drying. Could do with hand driers or paper towel. Full of permanents. No dump point. Office advised to dump direct into toilets which is unsatisfactory. Fortunately Busselton shire has a public dump point down the road at the show ground which I used. Would stay again as walking distance to town and jetty and well priced.
