Fabulous stay !! Beautifully clean with very comfortable bed, crisp white sheets and white fluffy towels.  Shower toiletries and biccies for coffee were an added extra. Had driven all day and hadn’t booked but Greg was super friendly and helpful.  Had a wonderful sleep.  Will definitely return. 😎

Comfortable and clean room, friendly and efficient check in, under cover parking in front of room was excellent in the hot weather, really excellent shower. We had a very quiet room, with a comfortable bed, we had a great 2 nights, would recommend to anyone, we would definitely stay again.

Nice clean spacious room with comfortable bed. Good undercover parking. Walkable to shops.The bathroom configuration did not quite work, as you could not put a bath mat down in the shower room and the water just hit the door (which was a standard timber door). You also had to go out into the open part of the bathroom to get dressed (no privacy). Ok if traveling on your own, but not good if traveling with a friend.The area near the pool was not very appealing.

Arrived to a nice welcome on check in at the Mayfair.. The room was spacious with renovated shower and toilet.. The shower was reviewed well on here it has great pressure which made the stay that little better.

Spacious room has table and lounge to sit on with comfy bedding..

Staff were friendly and had a good chat with the owner about the areas history etc which was good..

I would stay here again if I get the chance to return to West Wyalong

Nice Motel Spacious Room and Friendly Owners

Overnight stay in West Wyalong visiting family. Mayfair Motel Check-in was friendly, seamless and efficient. Proud lawn and gardens well cared for and the pool looked inviting! We parked at the door of the ground level room made unpacking a breeze. The Room was extra large, clean and included every want or need. Set of draws and wardrobe was handy with plenty of bench space!!! Bedding was comfy. Nice to have a lounge to sit on too, rather than having to watch TV sitting on a bed. Owner suggested many cafe’s to enjoy in walking distance and service station next door was a lovely late night ice cream treat. She also gave us wonderful information about West Wyalong and surrounding suburbs and local attractions including future events which made us want to call back into the town in the future. Thoroughly recommend Mayfair Motel. 

Spacious room, comfortable bed, best grass and garden in town!

Don’t judge the motel from the outside of the room. It doesn’t look fantastic, but it has everything you need from start to finish. 
Checkin was efficient, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful. We had decided to come home a day early and he changed our date with no hesitation at all.
Our room was well equipped with very comfortable bed, great hot shower with good water pressure, a table and chairs and even a sofa to relax on in front of the TV. As well there was a microwave, small fridge, toaster, jug, iron and ironing board, spare pillows, shampoo and conditioner and soap, lovely fluffy towels with hand towel and bath mat. There were even plates and cutlery, a fenced pool and BBQ. It was quiet and a good price. Nothing to find fault with at all. West Wyalong is a good place to stop at on a journey from Brisbane south to Melbourne or Adelaide.

 Very comfortable and clean

I stayed at this motel unexpectedly ja while ago on a long trip. I arrived very late and tired to a cheerful welcome which was much appreciated. My room was understandably not brand new but was immaculately clean and the bed, extremely comfortable. I highly recommend staying to anyone passing through.

Better late than never

Stayed one night on our way home after being off loved from the Ghan due to Covina 19.  Very welcoming host.  Room was comfy, clean and well appointed for our needs.  Nothing fancy but great value for money. Host assisted us is providing options for dining which were obviously restricted at this time.  Provided everything we needed.  Would stay again and will recommend to friends,

Excellent Value

Stayed over on our homeward journey in a Queen room and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and standard of the room. The owner had thoughtfully turned the air conditioning on prior to our arrival and the small gesture amply demonstrated the proprietor’s care and commitment to guest comfort. The bed was comfortable and curtains actually covered the window properly. The property was quiet ensuring adequate sleep making an enjoyable stay

West Wyalong gem

The deluxe queen has a comfortable bed, good sheets and fluffy towels. Despite the unprepossessing facade, the rooms are clean and have many good features as well as some bizarre appointments. Heaps of room for luggage, comfy 2-seater couch, big tele, basin accessible from room and with high spout and mixer tap. Odd is the ramp up to the shower behind a wooden door and the towel rail in front of the basin so your legs hit it when you use it. Greg is a friendly manager and there was hardly any traffic noise despite being on the main road because most rooms are set back or behind the admin block.

Spacious, quiet room

Created by a lovely lady who didn't mind me being a bit late. The room was a typical style of its age with exposed brick and not too large but I found it all very cosy, shower had great pressure and the Aircon was quiet and actually worked (unlike some I've experienced). The bed was a little firm but I slept fine then it was me done. My only minor criticism is the lighting above the basin is still minimalist but there are few that really are good. I would stay here again for sure.

Very surprised

Last night we enjoyed a very comfortable nights sleep at this motel. It is on the main road but rooms are available towards the back. Ours was a queen deluxe room ..very large room with terrific hot water pressure in the shower, a microwave and all amenities for an overnight stop. I would stay at this establishment again if I was coming through.
