Close to ocean, swimming pool, quiet, great bistro, very friendly staff who make you feel at home, very cheap rate. Thumbs up, happy,will stay again. Slept very well.

The room was clean and spacious. Only problem was at first until the air conditioner started circulating was stuffy and could smell the cleaning products.Perfect location to meet our needs, and we had a good pub meal at reasonable prices to finish our day.

could of have a microwave in the room but apart from that all was good

Stayed for one night so we could go to the movies the following day in Hervey Bay and found the room good meals excellent and staff brilliant

Comfy, $100 bond on rooms ????.Effort for able bodied people to get from motel to bistro.Slip and trip and fall hazards. Take care.

perfect location opposite beach,also good pool to cool off, walking distance to RSL and shops,and then back to bar/tab on site for a  good night with the locals, play pool and listen to juke box,restaurant serves great meals at a good price,for a cheap weekend away bloody awesome/manager is a good bloke

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been clean, comfortable and convenient. The beds and pillows are very comfortable ensuring a pleasant nights sleep and the covered parking helps protect the car from the weather. The easy access to the main hotel building for meals is a big plus.

We loved the location of this hotel! 5minute walk to the Wetside Waterpark was a big draw card for my young daughter and I. We also loved shell collecting walks on the beach across the road - and it is a  handy 10minute walk to the RSL which we went to a birthday party on the Saturday night. All of the staff we came into contact with were friendly and welcoming. The food is nice at the bistro next door and seems popular on the weekly special nights with the locals too. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about how much fun she had on all the amazing playgrounds around the Bay and it was just so nice to be able to come back and relax in the afternoons at a clean and comfortable place - my daughter even braved a quick chilly dip in the hotel pool a couple of times. We will definitely be back to stay again and even our friends that live in the Bay whom we were visiting, said they now know where they’ll be recommending to people to stay also :)

I didn't like the shower. I think it's dangerous to step over a bath into a shower and particularly dodgy when you have a serious bad back like I do because there us nothing to hold onto to step into the bath and you don't feel very secure doing that. Luckily I have an understanding husband who helps me in and out of these situations

had an excellent meal in onsite restaurant and happy hour in the bar was a bonus

the only thing I can say is big didn't get quality Wi-Fi so we couldn't watch any movies which was a little bit sad they just need to get a booster on that Wi-Fi and it's perfect place great price what you get your price is great

Management and staff were very friendly. Food was excellent. Room was clean but so old and needed a revamp. Rooms not serviced every day but if we wanted servicing like new towels or coffee and milk top up we would have to pay ridiculous prices.
