Loved our stay here, cabin was clean and had wonderful views of the waterLoved the easy access to the beach and walking distance to the boat shed cafe for breakfast. Would absolutely stay again and recommend

Great location, good for families with children. Friendly, helpful staff. Need to upgrade mattresses in main bedroom. Found them uncomfortable. Overall cabin was well maintained, I would visit again

Very much a beach experience being directly at the beach. Lovely waking to hear the ocean. It was busy and we had a raised cabin only was hard due to stairs with disability but I’m sure they have disabled access cabins but we were last min booking. Staff friendly and super clean cabins. No issues what so ever only wish we stayed more than three days

The cabin was a little on the small side for a family of 4. But was in a great location.

Amazing beachfront cabin. We stayed in one of the cabins while basic it was comfortable and gave us an amazing beach front position. 
Most of the cabins and camping sites, give direct access to the beach at all the facilities look well-maintained. It’s a good location and we will look forward to staying there again.

Overall a great family holiday.  Picturesque magical beach views from the site we had.  Busy peak season but area we were in was quite at night. Great walks further up to take dogs. Unfortunately can't have dogs at all on the caravan park beach. Big storm one night and beach front sites can get the brunt of this as we did.  Reinforce anything pegged down. Amenities block old but adequate. Manager does what needs to do but but not warm or welcoming and can be taken as having a curt and irritated manner.

Beautiful beach view caravan sites

We stayed here with our Labrador on a beach front site. Park is extremely clean. We loved the peaceful days and nights, the sunrises and the sunsets. Upon arrival we received lots of information that assisted us in not only places to visit in the area but dog friendly cafes for us to visit. This was very much appreciated. Managers went above and beyond after hours to assure us that our chocolate lab did not have a tic, which we really appreciated given we had no idea what they looked like and vet was closed. We highly recommend this park.

Beautiful place

Beautiful little park, spotless and right at the beach. My husband and I were there from the 25th March 2021 to the 5th April 2021 in a camper trailer on the beachfront and it was heaven. there are shops just a 5 minute walk up the road with everything you need to enjoy your time. The weather was beautiful for that time of year and so lots of swimming and sunbaking were had, Also everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from the staff to the other campers. We did book for Christmas but due to personal reasons we had to cancel, but next Easter, here we come and hopefully all going well we will be booking for  the following Christmas.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO DE-STRESS

Great little park, fantastic location right by the beach. Caters to caravans, campers, and cabins. Spotlessly maintained also. I didn't realise the email sent for check-in was for sites as well not just cabin's so we arrived early to be greeted by the manager yelling at us to move as he wanted to mow the grass sites. The manageress gave us a map and told us to come back later. That was very distressing. 
At the moment they are not set up for disabled users in the amenities which made it difficult as well. We stayed 2 extra nights as my husband wanted to spend time surfing. The sites have green matting which is great but our site it was so slippery that even our chairs slid out from us as we sat. The park is pet friendly on sites and have a lovely swimming pool as well.

Ideal location situated above a beach with outlook towards Tuross Lake entrance (and its sandbar) and ocean views. Walking distance to Tuross Lake foreshore and lake activities (kayaking, fishing), including Tuross Boat Shed & Café. Enjoy the superb view from the nearby lookout on Nelson Parade. Walk the other direction to ocean beaches, parks and the iconic One Tree Point. I was a little late for whale watching season. Note the Norfolk Pines associated with the history of this pleasant town with its more laid back atmosphere than some of the more busy and congested coastal holiday towns. Nature walks and information signs (birdlife, Aboriginal culture, plants, etc.) at various spots, including the Bingi Dreaming Track in Eurobodalla National Park. Take care though, not to disturb rare shore birds that may be nesting in the area. Take a picnic and binoculars.

The town shops are not far from the caravan park and provide the basics (supermarket, bakery, butcher [good homemade pies], newsagent, bottle shop, café, etc.) and there are South Coast attractions nearby.

The caravan park has various types of cabin, caravan spots, camp sites, amenities block, small pool, and well-kept grounds. I stayed in a Beachview Unit (elevated) with its main front room divided into a lounge area (couch, coffee table, TV) and good-sized kitchen (well-appointed facilities including gas stove top and dining table), bathroom, main bedroom (large bed, linen & towels supplied) and second bedroom (3 bunk style beds, $8 for single bed linen packs or take your own additional linen and towels). Cleaning equipment provided and guests must leave kitchen & its equipment clean when they leave or may lose part of their cleaning bond (credit card pre authorisation of $100 on arrival though the day before arrival I received an email that included a request for all monies to be processed pre arrival, including the $100 Pre Authorisation which caused some confusion and seemed unreasonable when it comes to bonds, but was no issue when I inquired). Decent sized balcony included a BBQ and a good-sized table with four chairs. A nice place to sit for meals or relax, or watch the sunset over the nearby Norfolk Pines. Hear the calming ocean at night. A notice with Covid-19 precautions was provided, and management and staff were helpful.  Enjoyed my stay.

15 of us rode down on our Harleys for weekend getaway ,and the place was PERFECT! friendly welcoming and informative staff, the beach was beautiful, all the amenities and pool spotless, wildlife everywhere and dolphins in the inlet in the arvos! The cabins were comfortable ,clean had everything you needed and the elevated balcony was the perfect place to sit and have a few beers and watch the scenery....CANNOT fault this place....I think we might just become regulars here! couple of tips...Country club-great for a bistro meal and drinks (and they have free courtesy bus) Boatshed café for b'fast...right on the water 10 mins walk....and the Pickled Octopus Thai and sea food restaurant for dinner (next to boatshed café) Just about THE BEST THAI I'VE HAD SERIOUSLY!!!!! To the Management team WE GIVE YOU 10/10....cant wait to head back!

Excellent Cabins beautiful location

My friend and I wanted a short getaway from Batemans Bay, so we headed south to Tuross. Wow! Three days of peace in the most beautiful surroundings! The park management were SO helpful, even offering to reverse my Avan in and allowed us to pick the perfect camp site as things are quiet due to Covid. The camp site has a permanent 'green' area just out sode your caravan door makining it ideal to set up a card table (which we did!). Tuross is the best kept secret on the south coast! White sand, a geographic wonder with its emormous rocky shores, interlaced with golden surf beaches. The Tuross river has its mouth at Tuross and Coila lake and Tuross Lake make for boating and water sport pleasure. Do yourselves a favour and head down to this fabulous location! Say 'Hello' to John with the sparkling blue eyes!

Terrific Tuross

A small, quiet park with generous caravan sites that are right on the beachfront. Friendly and accommodating park management. We spent a week here while exploring the surrounding countryside. The local oysters from Glen Jones' oyster farm are available front the garage and the IGA in town. The cycleway runs south and north of the park and has stunning views of the coast.
