251 reviewsThis is a return visit to Nautical Residences (we stayed for 27 days this time) and we were not disappointed. The room (202) was newly renovated and has views of both the marina and the Indian Ocean. The resort itself is always kept clean and tidy. The pool area is great (pool is a bit cold, especially when the temperatures reach nearly 40 degrees). Staff are all friendly and very helpful. My wife had an accident in our room one evening which required medical treatment. I made reception aware and the staff were superb and each time they saw us after they asked how she was doing (sorry I had to ruin a few towels guys!). Special thanks to Chris in reception who we have seen every time we visit. she always greets you with a smile and is always willing to give advice. Thanks again guys for a great stay and we will be seeing you in 2025 (if not before). Keep a sea view room free!
