A comfortable stay. Female staff person was lovely, friendly & accomadating  Room was a bit outdated, couldnt connect to the Wifi even after id contacted staff about it but over all a good few nights. I would stay again as its a lovely location & more importantly the bed was comfortable for me

The Tartan Motel is very central and easy to access. It was clean and tidy and the cooler worked well. A comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. It has a very tiny shower space but we were able to work with that.

Got exactly what I wanted after 11 weeks camping.  Made to feel welcome.  Great food at pub across the road

The room was immaculate. The removal of the single bed and replacing it with a smaller sofa made the room feel quite large and ‘roomy’. The cupboards were very well equipped. I really enjoyed my stay and will happily stay again.

Older style motel. Large clean  rooms. We were arriving late and they put the heating on for us so it was warm when we got there.

Friendly staff, super clean (& I work as an Aged Care cleaner, so I am tough on that) & very comfortable beds.Great location, at top end of main street, so you can walk to shops, bakeries & pubs, with a major supermarket directly across the road.The entry door did have gaps, so it would be drafty in winter, but that could be fixed & a door snake would be good too. But the heater worked brilliantly anyway, so I was more than cosy.Check-in needs to include giving guests the breakfast menu & the cut off time to order - that was oversight #1 that needs to be remedied.Oversight #2 I am leas forgiving of - the tea/coffee amenities didn't include a single plate or cutlery - not even a teaspoon to stir your tea/coffee! Sorry, there is no good excuse for that faux par, ever.Overall, it was a great place to spend the night - I was attending a friend's birthday & required a clean, comfortable place to stay - Tartan Motel delivered. The little details can be forgiven (once).

We had a friends wedding nearby, so needed a room mainly for sleeping.Tartan organized for an early check in so we could make the most of a child free weekend with a sleep pre wedding, and then a late checkout so we could enjoy a late breakfast before hitting the road.Room was clean, bed was comfy, and shower had good pressure. We both made use of the iron and ironing board supplied to straighten out our outfits, so that was handy! Very quiet room over night, so slept like a baby!

Great service and comfy stay on a budget.

Nice little motel right in the main street of Yea.  This motel is not new but the accommodation is comfortable and spotlessly clean.  We got there quite late and the host had to get out of bed (I think) but still very helpful and welcoming.
God Wi-Fi and easy parking right outside the unit.   Not much road noise. We would stay there again.

Cheap and Convenient

Room was large, spotlessly clean with a comfortable couch as well. The TV and the shower space were a bit small, but everything worked, the water was hot and the bed comfortable. The location, right in the Main Street, put us within easy reach of hotels and good restaurants. A highlight was the comprehensive compendium. One could go on a tour of the district from the couch; it certainly tempted one to stay in Yea for an extra day or two.

The hotel is very convienent to all the shops at Noosaville. Amy and Jason are very friendly and helpfull and like a chat, just ask.The room can be a bit noisy but no worse than the rest of Noosaville, we found it very comfortable and a firm bed to sleep in. Lovely views of sunset over Tewanton direction.

August stay

We travelled to Yea to ride on the rail trail & see some of the local scenery. The bike shop was no longer operating but we walked part of it and drove around the area.The room was comfortable but not exceptional. We rang to say that we would be late and a key was left in the door and the heater put on.

Quiet, adequate motel

For a small country town it is a good place to stay for a night or two.

Nice clean, old style motel located right in the middle of town, very convenient.
