Erich and Tania from Ruthmor Villas were friendly and accommodating hosts. They offer comfortable and reasonably spacious dog friendly apartments. We stayed a week with our dog in a two bedroom apartment. The private courtyard was well set out and very useful. Our apartment had a single garage with internal access which was very handy.  
The apartment had just about everything you could ask for.  
The villas are located centrally and are a short drive to the Uni, shopping centres and the CBD, and walking distance to various food outlets and convenience stores. 

Great Toowoomba Apartments 

Can't tell you how happy I was I chose Ruthmore villas to stay at this time while on a work trip. It had absolutely everything needed for a week away from home. The cupboards were full of everything needed to cook a meal(Frypans, pots, baking trays, casserole dishes). Normal size fridge, Oven, gas cooktop, enough plates and cutlery to feed a football team. Beautiful coffee machine, washing machine and drier(lucky cause it was a little wet outside). It really was a home away from home. Shops were close if you don't feel like cooking. Erich and Tania were so friendly and helpful. This will become my regular place to stay whenever i'm in Toowoomba.

Home away from Home!!!

Perfect place to stay with a small family! They were kind enough to supply a cot for our 4 month old and she thankfully slept well.
The couches are comfy and I loved the big shower! 
Erich was very welcoming.

The rooms are very clean and well appointed with all amenities. Easy access from garage to unit well suited for elderly people to access.
The bed was amazing and very comfortable. I would defiantly stay again.

Spotless and furnished with quality furniture. Comfortable bed in a split level villa.

Secure parking next to the villa.  kitchen is well equipped including gas cook top.

Great Pet Friendly 5 Star in Toowoomba

After being on the road for over 3500km we needed a place where we could relax unwind and get some normality around us.
We were greeted by an extremely friendly and open hearted Eric, who gave us a tour of our splendid villa. Stepping into the villa you at once felt relaxed. The rooms are tastefully decorated and are a brilliant size. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need. It was great to cook a meal do the dishes then sit around with a drink and chat about our adventures thus far.
Honestly if you need to stay in Toowoomba  do yourself a favor and stay here. Give Eric a call directly, he is great even over the phone.

The place to be when you're feeling home sick.

This absolutely beautiful apartment were just spectacular. Super homely, clean and best value for accommodation we have had on our trip so far. Owner super friendly and genuinely interested in making sure everything was okay for your stay. 
Can't recommend this place high enough, 10 out of 10 from us.

Great value

We stayed here for a night on our way down south and found the owner/manager Erich to be a very pleasant and interesting character.  The modern split level villa was certainly very clean and well maintained and contained everything we required for our single night stay.  We had parking right next to the villa and even though located next to a busy highway we managed a good nights rest.  Generally Toowoomba appears to be a little more expensive for accommodation than many other places so we were happy with the price of $135.00 we negotiated with Erich.  We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Quality villas in a nice location.

Very comfortable well appointed light filled villa, one bedroom self contained with attached parking. Kitchen (with washing machine) dining table and lounge on entry level, three steps up to queen bedroom and bathroom, private small enclosed courtyard with clothes line and seating off this area. Spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, kitchen is set up well. Thoroughly recommend for overnight or a longer holiday. Thank you Tania for friendly help on places to visit during Carnival of Flowers, and also perfect dinner recommendation for Fire & Ice Restaurant at The Southern Hotel close by for a wonderfully tasty meal and lovely ambience.
